CURIOUS, VERSATILE AND READY FOR ANY CHALLENGE

My name is Gabriele Pollastrini and I am an innovation designer.

I have always been excited by new, special, extraordinary things. This allowed me to become passionate about the discipline of design and to become an innovation designer.
Innovation for me means looking around, fully understanding the mechanisms that moves the world and applying everything I learn to solve today's challenges.

My passion for electronics and circuits leads me to do my best in product engineering, while my passion for art, especially modern, allows me to explore beyond the boundaries of form; my experience in the world of music, on the other hand, got me used to teamwork, in fact I believe that winning projects can only come from the union of several minds.

My career began in the world of product design, designing furniture and lighting objects, always trying to push their social and innovative value to the maximum. These experiences made me realize that I had to evolve, so I found out the world of service design and innovation design, which led me to develop the necessary skills to work as a User Experience designer at 360 degrees, following projects from the ideation to the implementation.

The design of innovation has already brought me to collaborate with many companies, the experience at the Conseil Européen pour la Recherche Nucléaire (CERN) in Geneva was remarkable, where I had the opportunity to confront and exchange ideas with researchers and innovators from all over the world.
