BIO
Move, shake, disrupt, repeat.
I have always been excited by new, special, extraordinary things. This allowed me to become passionate about the discipline of design and to become an innovation designer.
Innovation means looking around, fully understanding the mechanisms that moves the world and applying everything I learn to solve today's challenges.

WHAT I DO
01
SERVICE DESIGN
Planning and organizing a business’s resources, people, props, and processes, in order to directly improve the employee’s experience and the customer’s experience.
"Service design is not simply designing a service. Service design addresses how an organization gets something done."
- Nielsen Norman Group
02
PRODUCT DESIGN
Imagining, creating, and iterating products that solve users’ problems or address specific needs in a given market.
Understanding the end-user customer, using both empathy and knowledge of customers’ habits, behaviors, frustrations, needs, and wants.
03
USER
EXPERIENCE
Designing all the interactions a user has with a product, a system or a service. Entirely based on users’ needs, I build experiences shaped on users’ needs and perceptions.
"User experience' includes all the aspects of the interaction between the end-user with the company, its services, and its products."
- Nielsen Norman Group
04
PROTOTYPE MAKING
Making an early sample or model of a product in order to test a concept or process. Evaluate a new design to enhance precision by system analysts and users.
Prototyping means turning a theoretical system into a real, working one.
05
BUSINESS PLANNING
Collecting ideas in a business plan that outlines a summary of the business's current state, as well as the state of the broader market, along with detailed steps the business must take to improve performance in the coming period.
It's not just about money. The business plan outlines the general planning needed to start and run a successful business. It should account everything, from figuring out competitors, how the new business will fit into the industry and of course how to make profit.
